Is eTaxSuite going away?

No.  eTaxSuite will continue to work exactly the same as before. is a new feature that is part of your existing eTaxSuite subscription.


What are the benefits of is the easiest way to give your clients access to eTaxSuite’s content.  Now you no longer have to download eTaxSuite’s files and distribute them to your clients.  Simply direct them to your webpage where they can view and print the documents.  Since the documents are cloud-based they update automatically whenever we make changes to them.  

You can also link my1040pro documents to your exiting website.  Now you no longer have to upload PDF files to your website... all of eTaxSuite's content is just one click away.

How do I set up a webpage?

If you don’t already have a subscription to you first need to create one.  Then login to your account and follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on “Account Manager”
  2. Click on “Configure”
  3. Choose a custom web address for your business
  4. Click “Save”
  5. Then visit your new webpage (by entering the web address that you just created in your browser’s address bar).


How can I customize my webpage?

Your webpage can be customized with the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Address (includes a link for map & directions)
  • Telephone Number
  • eMail Address
  • Website


Can I make changes to my webpage?

Yes.  You can change how your webpage looks by updating your user profile at  Follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to
  2. Click “Account Manager”
  3. Click “Edit My Profile”
  4. Make changes to the business name, address, phone number, email, and/or website
  5. Click “Save”
  6. Click “Configure”
  7. Click “Update Business Details at my1040pro”


How often is updated?

The tax professionals at keep their documents updated as tax laws change.  So the file that your clients are viewing on is always the most up-to-date version.


How do I know when there are new and updated documents?

eTaxSuite sends emails to their subscribers whenever new or updated products are introduced.  If you have opted out of their email lists you can still see what’s new by visiting their blog (


Can I put on my existing website?

Yes.  You can link to your webpage from your website.  You can also display your page via an iFrame (so it looks embedded in your website).  

You can also link to individual products separately, so if you don't want to display ALL of our content you don't have to.  

Ask your web professional for details about how to link or embed on your website ( and do not provide website development services).


How much does cost? is included with your subscription to  An annual subscription to costs $299 for the first year ($199 for annual subscription renewal).


Do I need to have an active subscription?

Can I purchase a webpage without an eTaxSuite subscription?
